Jimmy Buffet and Chris Sullivan (founder of Outback) are close friends. So close that they have created a restaurant named Cheeseburger in Paradise. Parent company Outback Steakhouse has developed this restaurant (along with Carrabba's, Roy's, and Fleming's), while Jimmy gets 4.5% of the sales just for letting Outback use the name of his signature song. The first location in Georgia is opening on November 29th across from the Perimeter Mall. Mark your calendar!!! Jimmy Buffet himself has been known to show up at these openings unannounced.
