Sudoku
I love numbers. I always have, and I always will. But this new craze is the hardest darn thing to figure out that I have ever come across. Shannon blows through these like she's doing a connect the dots puzzle. I guess the biggest insult is when she takes the pen out of my hand and replaces it with a pencil (always checking to see if it has a fresh eraser). Olympic Season!!!
There are two kinds of people: those who watch the Olympics casually (or not at all), and those who can't get enough of them. Guess which kind I am. Every two years, I fall into the same routine. Get up, go to work, go home, watch Olympics until 4:00 AM. I hear myself asking people, "Did you see Apolo fall last night?" (because I'm on a first name basis, of course). Imagine my horror when I discovered that Shannon didn't even know who Apolo Ohno was! Oh well, she's young. She still has time. ME
