Riddle of the Week

Autumn was the first (and only) to answer correctly last week. This one is a little easier, so I hope to have an answer by this afternoon:

I know a word of letters three.
Add two, and fewer there will be.

The answer is FEW. If you add ER to the end you get FEWER. Try again!!!
